Ariana Grande's Highest Streamed Songs: Ranked // Spotify's Billions Club

Ariana Grande has reached the incredible milestone of having 14 songs reach over a billion streams each on Spotify! Over the past 10 years, Ariana has amassed over 39 billion streams on the platform and has become a member of the coveted Spotify Billions Club more than any other female artist. This achievement comes as no surprise, as Ariana has been a streaming titan for over a decade and was one of the first to embrace the early streaming era of the early 2010's long before many of her peers in the industry did. "It's a really absurd number – I can’t really wrap my head around the number," Ariana said in the Billions Club episode. "This really shook me a little." She has always been one of my favorite artists and this felt like the perfect time to rank all of her record-breaking songs that are in the Spotify Billions Club, as of February 2024. All of these are staples in her long and ever-growing list of hits. Several more songs are already on the brink o

"Training Season (Extended)" // Dua Lipa Training season's (finally) over! Dua Lipa is back with another smash hit, "Training Season", which serves as the second single for her upcoming album. She previewed it at The Grammy's this month and I was counting down the days until I would be able to listen to it again! It's been on repeat ever since!  Much like "Houdini" , she also released an extended cut of the song, which I absolutely love even more than the standard version. The production is absolutely incredible!  I am so excited for the rest of her album ! "Deeper Well" // Kacey Musgraves Last month I mentioned that we were long overdue for new music from Kacey and it seems like she heard my call! "Deeper Well" is the title track of her upcoming album and it feels like a return to the Golden Hour sound. It is such a beautiful and reflective song, that lets her talents shine so brightly. Her album is coming out next mon

"bad idea, right?" by Olivia Rodrigo // 7" vinyl exclusive from Interscope

"seeing you tonight...it's a bad idea, right?" "bad idea, right?"   may actually be my favorite song by   Olivia Rodrigo   yet, it's just so addictive to listen to! It was my second most-played song of 2023 , so clearly I couldn't get enough of it!  The lyrics to this song are very tongue-and-cheek, written as if it's a conversation between friends, which in a way is what the song actually started as between her and her collaborator Dan Nigro, who produced and co-wrote the song.  "Yes, I know that he's my ex, but can't two people reconnect? I only see him as a friend, the biggest lie I ever said, oh, yes, I know that he's my ex, but can't two people reconnect? I only see him as a friend, I just tripped and fell into his bed" she sings in the chorus.  "I wrote it in New York. Me and my friend, Dan, were at  Electric Lady Studios , and I was telling him about one of my fun escapades. I sent this guy a text: 'seeing yo

"I Wanna Get Better" by Bleachers // 7" clear vinyl & 10 Year Anniversary!

"I didn't know I was broken 'til I wanted to change" Ten years ago, "I Wanna Get Better" was released as the debut single by Bleachers ! Looking at it now, it feels representative of the band's mission statement, the thesis of all Bleachers' music that was to come after. Everything from the past decade stems from this song and the deeply moving message behind it. I never really heard a song quite like it before and I have been forever changed ever since I first heard it.  Bleachers was at first meant to be a solo side project for Jack Antonoff , but over the years it has grown into so much more. At the time he was the guitarist in fun. and wrote much of Bleachers' debut album while touring with them. It has been so incredible to witness the evolution of Bleachers after all of these years. In that short amount of time, Jack would also go on to become one of the most influential producers and songwriters of the decade, collaborating with some of th
