My Favorite Makeup Products Under $5 // (PART 3)

Image
In today's post I'm going to be sharing an extended list of my favorite makeup products under $5! 2 years ago today for my very first blog post, I published a list of 5 products that are under $5 and on-par with high-end alternatives. Last year I made a part 2 to this series and today I'm going to be continuing the tradition! I've been curating this list all year and have been looking forward to sharing these products with you! Enjoy! Flower Beauty Petal Pout Lipstick // $5 When it comes to bullet lipsticks, Flower Beauty is the best of the best! The Petal Pout Lipsticks come in a beautiful range of shades that would flatter every skin tone. It feels so comfortable on the lips and is very long-wearing. I also love to use this lipstick as a crème blush - it's the perfect texture to be used on the cheeks and lasts just as well as it does on the lips. Both the formula and the packaging for all of Flower Beauty's products feels like a luxurious high-e...

My Favorite Makeup Products Under $5 (PART 2)

Today I'm going to be sharing part 2 of my favorite makeup products under $5. If you want to check out part 1 that I posted last year, click here ! -Enjoy! Color Icon Eyeshadow 10 Pan Palette // Wet n Wild // $4.99 This is one of the best and most affordable eyeshadow palettes available at the drugstore. I'm not only mentioning it on this list because it's  only $5, but because it's actually really great quality. It is has primarily matte shadows, most of which are nicely pigmented and blendable. The only one I don't like at all is the light purple shade, which has no pigmentation and doesn't show up at all on my fair skin tone. The stand-outs from the palette are the transition shades, which have the largest pan size. Having both cool-toned and warm-toned light brown shades adds so much more versatility and practicability to the palette. Also, it's an exact dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. So if you've been w...

Spring Beauty Favorites: 2018

Here's a list of a few beauty products that I've been loving this spring! Enjoy! Essence Kiss The Frog Lipstick // $3.49 This pH adapting / color changing lip balm has been my most used lip product over the past few weeks. It gives such a pretty wash of color and hydration to the lips. Even after the balm wears off, the stain stays on all day. It is a much brighter shade than I am used to, but I think its so perfect for spring and summer!  Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush // $1.99 I used to use this blush all the time a few years ago, but I recently re-discovered it in my collection and I don't know why I ever stopped using it! It is easy to be heavy-handed with it, but it gives a really pretty flush of color to the cheeks if applied sparingly. There are flecks of gold glitter in it, but it isn't too noticeable once applied. It such an amazing formula for an incredibly affordable price. My go-to brush for this is the Wet n Wild Contour Brush (which is only...

2017 Makeup Favorites

Happy New Year! For my first post of 2018, I wanted to tell you all about my favorite and most-used makeup products of the past year! I'm going to be splitting it up into 3 categories: face, eyes & lips. I hope you enjoy! *For most of the products I linked to Amazon , which I made sure was an official retailer of the brands I mentioned and not a secondhand seller. I have found the prices on Amazon are much better than those from other websites /   stores   (even sometimes high-end brands!) The prices listed next to the product are from Ulta, but don't forget to check the Amazon links for a discount!   I have bought a lot of makeup from Amazon before and have never had any issues with it.*  Face E.L.F. Cosmetics Blush & Bronzing Powder   $4.00 I love everything about this blush and contour duo! Firstly, I love how compact the packaging is and that there is a mirror included, which is just so convenient. The actual blush/ bronzer has...
