My Favorite Albums of 2020

Happy New Year! For my first post of 2021, I want to reflect back on some of my favorite albums of the previous year. 2020 was without a doubt a pretty bad year for everyone, but at least the music wasn't! During such isolating times, music connected us all more than ever before. Listed below is the music that became the soundtrack of 2020 for me!  folklore // Taylor Swift Without a doubt, my favorite album of 2020 is Taylor Swift's Folklore . This album was surprise released in the summer and was made in just a few months at the beginning of the pandemic. In so many ways, it reinvented not only Taylor as an artist, but also the way music is created and released in the time of a worldwide pandemic. In my opinion, 2017 was such a great year for music! Artists that I have been a fan of for years came out with new music, as well as some really amazing new discoveries that I believe have a bright future ahead of them. In today's post, I'm going to tell you about my favorite albums released in 2017 and what makes them stand out for me. Enjoy! Not only is it my favorite album of 2017, but it is actually one of my all-time favorites. I have listened to it over and over since the day it was released, and I never get bored of it. All of the songs on Melodrama are incredible and tell a really beautiful story. I really discovered the beauty of Lorde's music in 2017 and I am so happy I did.
