MY FAVORITE LIPSTICKS 2018 : #NationalLipstickDay

Image
Source Happy National Lipstick Day! Today I'm going to be sharing an updated list of my favorite lipsticks! If you want to check out my post from last year's National Lipstick Day click here . - Enjoy! High End Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick // $17.00 This is has been one of my most consistently-used lipsticks since I bought it almost 2 years ago. Candy K is the perfect everyday lip shade for me. I have actually used mine so much that it's almost empty! Once it completely runs out, I will definitely be repurchasing this shade and trying new ones! Shade Shown: Candy K Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick // $24.00 Out of every lipstick I mention on this list, this one is the most long-wearing and budge-proof. It always lasts all day, no matter the circumstances. Since it is so long-wear and matte, it can make your lips feel dry, so I would recommend moisturizing your lips thoroughly before you apply and after you remove it

FLOWER BEAUTY: LIP PRODUCTS REVIEW

Image
In today's post I'm going to be sharing my review on 3 different lip products I've tried from Flower Beauty. Enjoy! Petal Pout Lip Color // $8.99 I have tried so many different lipsticks through the years - especially from the drugstore - but this formula is one of my absolute favorites. It wears all day long, which can be hard to find with traditional lipstick bullet formulas. It has a matte finish, but is so comfortable on the lips. I would say its most comparable to an old favorite of mine, the Clinique Long Lasting Soft Matte Lipstick, which has a very similar formula and wear time (unfortunately Clinique discontinued this a few months ago). The shade I have is called Berry-More which is so cute since the brand was created by Drew Barrymore.  The packaging also feels so much more luxurious and high-end than any other product from the same price range and above. This has been one of my most used lipsticks over the past few months!  Shade Shown: B

HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS & MEETING FRANKIE GRANDE!

Image
I recently saw How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying starring Frankie Grande at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. I have been a big fan of Frankie Grande for years and it was so surreal to not only be able to see him perform live , but to also meet him after the show!   I never saw a play at Muhlenberg before, but I was so surprised at how comparable the acting, singing, dancing, costumes, and set design was to a Broadway show. The cast was made up of current students and alumni, all of which were really great. I have seen several plays on Broadway through the years and this was really on-par with the quality and talent in them.  Frankie Grande played the main character, J.  Pierrepont Finch, which he executed so well. He has the perfect stage presence and larger-than-life personality to fit that character. Frankie is a 2005 alumni of Muhlenberg College and I think that it's great he came back to be apart of their annual summer series. "

BRITNEY SPEARS PIECE OF ME TOUR REVIEW: 2018

Image
I've been a fan of Britney Spears for years and have wanted to see her Piece of Me show during her Vegas residency for a long time, but haven't been able to because I live on the other side of the country. A few months ago, she announced that the Piece of Me summer tour was going to be coming to the East Coast and Europe, one of them being the city I live in! In today's post, I'm going to be sharing my experience from that concert. Enjoy! The strongest parts were definitely the beginning and end of the concert. She opened with "Work Bitch " , which was the perfect song for the intro. It was so much fun to hear the whole crowd yell "you better work bitch!!" and see some actually doing the choreography along with her.  The next song she played was "Womanizer", which is such an iconic song from her discography and also great to hear live. She then played two of her biggest songs, "...Baby One More Time" and

My Favorite Makeup Products Under $5 (PART 2)

Image
Today I'm going to be sharing part 2 of my favorite makeup products under $5. If you want to check out part 1 that I posted last year, click here ! -Enjoy! Color Icon Eyeshadow 10 Pan Palette // Wet n Wild // $4.99 This is one of the best and most affordable eyeshadow palettes available at the drugstore. I'm not only mentioning it on this list because it's  only $5, but because it's actually really great quality. It is has primarily matte shadows, most of which are nicely pigmented and blendable. The only one I don't like at all is the light purple shade, which has no pigmentation and doesn't show up at all on my fair skin tone. The stand-outs from the palette are the transition shades, which have the largest pan size. Having both cool-toned and warm-toned light brown shades adds so much more versatility and practicability to the palette. Also, it's an exact dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette. So if you've been w
