After a few months of delays, the 64th annual Grammy Awards were finally held in Las Vegas over the weekend. This year's show celebrated so much of the amazing music that has been released in the past year. Each category was really stacked with great releases, making it impossible to predict who would've ultimately won. The show overall didn't feel like it had as many memorable moments like it has in the past, especially in comparison to last year's show , but there were still some highlights that were worth sharing, both from the red carpet and the show itself.  The show opened with a performance by Silk Sonic, which is made up of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak, with their song "777". To celebrate the 27th annual VIVA GLAM collection, MAC Cosmetics has collaborated with the estate of pop-artist Keith Haring. Just like every Viva Glam collection , 100% of the money raised through these products is donated, on their website it says "What you spend is what you give". On the MAC website it also says: When you spend $19 on a VIVA GLAM Lipstick, we donate $19 to support women and girls, the LGBTQIA+ community and people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. There’s no catch. Colourpop 's Off Melrose 12-pan eyeshadow palette has quickly become one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes in my makeup collection ever since I bought it last summer! Themed after Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles , one of my favorite cities in the world, I just knew I had to have this palette! The packaging is so pretty with palms trees and metallic gold embossing all over - it perfectly captures the spirit of LA. The shade names are also inspired by the culture of Los Angeles and more specifically Melrose Avenue, which if you aren't familiar, is a street in Beverly Hills that is well known for its trendy boutiques and coffee shops. I actually spent my 18th birthday there a few years ago, which brings back so many memories! This palette retails for $18 on Colourpop's website. For my first post of the new year, I wanted to take a look back at all of the amazing music of 2021. So many of my favorite artists released music this year which I'm excited to share today! These albums are in no particular order, it would be way too difficult to rank them!  Chemtrails Over The Country Club // Lana Del Rey Chemtrails Over The Country Club was a highly anticipated album for me and it exceeded all of my expectations! Many of these songs were my most-played of 2021, with the title track at the very top! This album marked a new chapter for Lana and her career, it expresses a more personal and introspective side of her in a way she hasn't shown before. Her evolution as an artist and as a songwriter in the past year is so admirable.
