As part of the final leg of her GUTS tour, Olivia Rodrigo headlined festivals all over the world, including day two of Lollapalooza in Chicago during the summer of 2025. With that set, she reportedly broke the record for the biggest headline crowd  in the festival's history, bring over 150,000 people together in Grant Park.  During her record-breaking debut set at Lolla, she was joined on stage by surprise guests Weezer . They performed two songs together, which was a very special and full-circle moment for Olivia as the band was her first ever concert when she was younger. "You always remember your first concert. It's a very, very special moment," she said before introducing the special guests. "I remember my first concert. It was a very memorable night. I watched this incredible band and I am so over the moon, because that incredible band is actually here tonight to play a few songs. Will you please say hello to Weezer?" "BLUE" // Billie Eilish Words can't express how much I've been loving Billie Eilish 's latest album HIT ME HARD AND SOFT this month. Dare I say it's my favorite album of the year already!? Every single song is so incredible, and it was so hard to choose just one favorite, but for the sake of this list I went with the incredible ending track "BLUE". I was literally transcending the first time I heard this song, it's so rare to have an experience like that while listening to music. The first part of the song blends the chorus of a song called "True Blue", a previously unreleased demo from Billie's early career, while also lyrically connecting every single song from the rest of the album together at once. About mid-way through, the song switches up again into an ethereal and emotional ballad. It perfectly closes out the album. I was so blown away by her stunning vocals, emotive lyricism, as well as Finneas ' incredible production...

"Training Season (Extended)" // Dua Lipa Training season's (finally) over! Dua Lipa is back with another smash hit, "Training Season", which serves as the second single for her upcoming album. She previewed it at The Grammy's this month and I was counting down the days until I would be able to listen to it again! It's been on repeat ever since!  Much like "Houdini" , she also released an extended cut of the song, which I absolutely love even more than the standard version. The production is absolutely incredible!  I am so excited for the rest of her album ! "Deeper Well" // Kacey Musgraves Last month I mentioned that we were long overdue for new music from Kacey and it seems like she heard my call! "Deeper Well" is the title track of her upcoming album and it feels like a return to the Golden Hour sound. It is such a beautiful and reflective song, that lets her talents shine so brightly. Her album is coming out next mon...

I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it by The 1975 // 10 Year Anniversary Album Review

With The 1975 's sophomore album, I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it , the band stepped into a bright, post-modern pop world. They stripped away the black‑and‑white aesthetic that defined their self‑titled debut era three years prior and moved into something even more vivid and expansive. The hazy, neon-lit aesthetics mirrored the artistic ideals that made up their early work, but refined through an even more ambitious and broader lens.  "I think, as an idea, the conviction that it took to stand by that as an album title is very representative of what the album is like. It's quite bold and unafraid to be sentimental and dramatic and overly romantic," Matty Healy told  NME  in a 2016 interview. "It kind of captures the narrative of our psyche over the past year and a half, which is something like a lot of people who come off a big upward trajectory of success. It's quite a dynamic time, and I think that it's expansive...
