Miley Cyrus' latest album Something Beautiful is such an electrifying embodiment of everything that makes her one of the best performers of our time. Her undeniable star power and unwavering confidence shines through in every single song, but most especially in "Walk of Fame", which also features the incredible Brittany Howard. It is so glam and really feels like such a celebration of her decades long journey as an artist. This album truly is her most authentic and boldest artistic statement yet!

Out of all the singles Addison has released so far, "Fame is a Gun" might just be her best yet. It's sleek, confident, and another striking testament to how far she has come artistically. It is self-aware in the way she captures the highs and lows of fame in a way that simultaneously blends pop glamour with her undeniable charisma as an artist. Lorde's "Man of the Year" is a haunting, deeply introspective exploration of her gender identity and personal rebirth. With raw lyricism and evocative imagery, the track captures a moment of transformation, both artistically and emotionally, marking one of her most vulnerable releases to date. She embraces this unfiltered level of honesty through the lyrics, which feels so reminiscent of other career highlights like "Liability", "Writer In The Dark" and "Stoned at the Nail Salon". Lorde's upcoming album Virgin, is among my most anticipated releases of the entire year and I'm so happy it is finally coming out in just a few weeks!
As the opening track of PinkPantheress' new mixtape, Fancy That, "Illegal" sets the tone perfectly. Its such an addictive track that perfectly captures the infectious, high energy hyper pop production of the entire project.
"Take Me Back" is a nostalgic, effortlessly cool reflection on youth, love, and the chaotic beauty of growing up. The track carries a really fun edge, blending Haim's signature storytelling with vivid, specific memories that transport the listener to the places that inspired this song. There's a distinct edge and playfulness to the energy of this song that feels so true to the band. It’s one of the coolest songs they've ever written and I can't wait to hear more from them soon with their upcoming album, I quit, set to be released next month!
Following the announcement of their upcoming album IRON, Post Animal has released their second single, the sweet and endearing "Pie in the Sky". The track is a fun, romantic ode to love, blending dreamy and dynamic melodies with the band's signature psych-rock charm. "This Song" is an absolutely beautiful song that feels like a return to the raw, emotional storytelling that made Conan's early work so special. His talent for deeply honest and sincere songwriting is always where he shined the brightest as an artist. I am really looking forward to hearing more from his upcoming album, which he announced this month and is set to be released this August. It feels like it is going to signal a return to form for him as an artist in many ways.

Maren's latest album, D R E A M S I C L E is a stunning blend of pop and country genres, effortlessly weaving her talent for storytelling within every single song. Kacey Musgraves' "Lost Highway" is a beautifully nostalgic cover of the 1949 Hank Williams classic, marking a full-circle moment in her career. Lost Highway Records, originally named after this song, was the first label to sign her and she ended up also being their final artist before shutting down in 2012. Now, she returns as the first artist signed to its relaunch, making this release even more meaningful. She embraces a classic country sound on this track, signaling the next chapter of her artistry while staying true to her roots.

Selena and Benny released the expanded deluxe version of their collaborative album I Said I Love You First...And You Said It Back. While many of the new tracks don't necessarily add much to the beauty of the original album, "Guess You Could Say I’m In Love" stands out as a truly special moment. The quiet, intimate warmth of this track is understated yet emotionally raw.
Halsey and Amy Lee's "Hand That Feeds" is a powerful collaboration that has been such a long time coming. Halsey has long drawn inspiration from Evanescence, not just in their most recent album but throughout much of their career, making this crossover especially exciting. The track, featured on the Ballerina soundtrack, blends haunting melodies with intense, emotionally charged vocals, creating a dynamic fusion of their distinct styles.
