MILK MAKEUP LIP + CHEEK STICK REVIEW

Image
The Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek Stick is the perfect two-in-one cream product! This is formulated to be used on the cheeks as a luminous blush, or as a hydrating tinted lip balm.  I got this product as a free gift from Sephora last year, but I have been wanting to purchase it for so long before that! I have always been drawn to the clean, minimalistic design of Milk Makeup's products, and this product has been the perfect introduction to the brand! All of Milk's products are cruelty free, vegan, and gluten free. It is also a Clean brand, meaning it is formulated without many potentially harmful ingredients commonly found in cosmetics including; sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances and more. This is also formulated with mango butter, avocado oil, and apricot oil, which are meant to hydrate the skin and help the formula blend seamlessly.   I have the mini size  in the shade "Werk", which retails for $18 at Sephora . To anyone looking to purchase any of the ...

FENTY BEAUTY DIAMOND BOMB MINI DUO // REVIEW 2020

Image
I've been wanting to try out Fenty Beauty since the brand launched in 2017, so I'm very excited to finally be sharing my first review of the brand's amazing products! The Diamond Bomb Baby Mini Duo includes two of the brand's best selling products; the Diamond Bomb All Over Diamond Veil Highlighter and the Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Gloss in the shade Fu$$y. The set retails for $25 exclusively at Sephora and Fenty's website. This mini set is limited edition, but both of the products are available to purchase individually in full sizes. Diamond Bomb All Over Diamond Veil // How Many Carats?! I was so tempted to buy this product last year when the full sized version launched. However, the full size retails for $39, which is way too expensive for just one highlighter in my opinion. I was so excited and eager to finally try it when I heard this was going to be in a mini set! I heard so many rave reviews of this diamond highlighter and it definitely did...

ELF x DUNKIN' EYESHADOW PALETTE TRIO // PRODUCT REVIEW

Image
Earlier this year ELF Cosmetics released such a cute collection with the coffee and donut chain, Dunkin'. As a lover of makeup and coffee (especially as an East Coast girl!) I just had to try out a piece of this collection! I was instantly drawn to this set of three mini eyeshadow palettes and couldn't wait to try them! For the past few months I have been using these 3 mini palettes all the time and have been loving the quality. These 12 shades take inspiration from all of the colors in a box of a dozen donuts - each shade named after one of their three famous flavors: chocolate frosted with sprinkles, strawberry frosted with sprinkles, and Boston Kreme. The packaging even resembles Dunkin's classic white donut boxes! I was familiar with this formula already because a couple of years ago I tried one of their other mini eyeshadow palette quads, called Hot Jalapeño . I loved how small and compact the product is, and also at just $3 it was an offer I couldn't pass up. It ...

My Thoughts on the Gigi Hadid x Maybelline Collection

Image
credit :  twitter.com/gigihadid Gigi Hadid has been the face of Maybelline for about 2 years and has been apart of several campaigns for the brand. I was really excited when I initially heard that Gigi and Maybelline collaborated on a full collection. I assumed that I would be able to recreate Gigi's makeup looks for less, but that just isn't the case. Today, I'm going to be giving my opinions on this collection to help you further determine if you should spend your money on it. The biggest gripe I have with this collection is that it is far too overpriced for Maybelline products. I have been noticing that some drugstore brands have been increasing the price of their new products, but I don't understand why since many times the brands aren't doing anything different to justify the large increase in the price. Maybelline does make some of my favorite products, especially when it comes to concealer and mascara, but they have also made really poor quality ...
